My priorities are the issues we are all talking about in Plymouth: development, taxes, affordability, the environment. These are not new concerns, but they persist because we don't have an actionable plan to address them. My highest priority for Plymouth is to develop that plan and bring the right people together to make it happen. Here’s what I see as our foundation.
Priorities

Smart Growth with Responsible Development
-
Identify areas for new commercial development
-
Preserve particularly vulnerable or environmentally important land
-
Direct future growth to areas with infrastructure to support it
A Real Solution to Stabilize Property Taxes
-
Grow our commercial tax base to reduce the burden on residential taxpayers
-
Attract businesses that will provide a livable wage to Plymouth residents
-
Make it easier for small businesses to thrive in Plymouth
A Proactive Plan to Guide Our Progress
-
Preserve our Town's unique character
-
Protect our irreplaceable drinking water supply
-
Create affordable housing and land management policies to stop 40B projects from overriding Plymouth's zoning bylaws
